What a wonderful day! Really sunny and mild :) After work I ate pear ice cream with salted peanuts and daim bits.

Last Sunday we were watching Cirque du Soleil in Hartwall - arena and it was absolutely awesome and insane experience!

Cirque du Soleil performers are just amazing multi-talent people. 

We saw the Cirque du Soleil's Quidam - performance. I think that I would like to see all of the Cirque du Soleil shows. I was impressed. Thought you can see all of them on youtube, but it's not really the same thing than seeing on live. In any case, I recommend Cirque du Soleil very much.

Yesterday we visited the Seurasaari ex tempore trip.It was wonderful watching the sunset and drink a cool beer on the cliff. Here is some pictures of the trip.

 

 

We weren't very long, because we had to go to the store looking for a cake mold and make the lemon dry cake. I was going to make a gluten-free dry cake made of almond flour, but the price is quite high, so I ended up as usual. I had never before made a lemon cake and dry cake tins were not found, but we bought oven tins instead. I split the dough in half and then came two cakes, because the dough was that much. The cake tasted good! And the second cake ended up in some funny way to work. There, too, cake was liked and I like to make people happy.

There's lemon dry cake and ice cream was Kolmen kaverin jäätelö (ice cream of three friends) and the taste raspberry - white chocolate :) Here's the recipe

300 g butter / margarine

3 dl sugar

4 eggs

4,5 dl wheat flour

3 tea spoons of baking powder

3 tea spoons of vanilla sugar

one lemon zest

one lemon's juice

Cream together sugar and butter.

Add the eggs by whipping.

Add the dry ingredients together and finally the grated lemon zest and juice.

Bake at 175 degrees for 50-60 minutes
